Prior to the auction days, you will be given the opportunity to have a closer look at the consigned items during viewing times. You may even want to make a note of the lot you are interested in. We advise you to determine your financial limit beforehand, thus avoiding the risk of being carried away by the general excitement at the actual auction. Naturally, it is precisely this excitement, this game of bidding, this ‘Going, Going, Gone!’, that makes buying at an auction such fun. Still, it’s alright to lose your heart – as long as you keep your head.
